The Auburn Half Marathon 2026
The Auburn Half Marathon takes place in Auburn, California, a location recognized as the Endurance Capital of the World. The event features trail-based routes starting and ending at Overlook Park on Pacific Avenue. Participants can choose from multiple distance options:

- 5K
The course for the Half Marathon begins at Overlook Park and proceeds toward Robie Point. Runners travel down to and across the No Hands Bridge before continuing toward Cool. The route then loops back to return to the finish line at Overlook Park. A significant portion of this course—more than half—utilizes the Western States Trail.
In addition to the standard race starts, there is a dedicated hiker start for those participating in the Half Marathon who anticipate a finishing time between 3.5 and 4 hours. A remote runner option is also available for those who cannot attend the event in person. Registration fees are structured in tiers, with price increases occurring as the event date approaches.
