Walkers have a 5K multi terrain loop from Stowmarket Town FC across grass and dirt trails with a stile; colour zones use non toxic powder and buggies or wheelchairs are not permitted.
Walkers can choose approx 9.5 miles or 4.5 miles from The Wheatsheaf Tattingstone on an unmarshaled written route with no checkpoints, parking in the field behind the pub and no bag storage.

Walkers follow the well marked 50 km Boudicca Way from Hope Church, Diss on good trails through historic villages, with a 10 hour limit and start 200m from Diss station.
Walkers follow an approximately 4 miles downhill then flat route from just outside All Saints Church along gravel footpaths, lanes and the seawall; dogs on leads welcome.

The event offers a 5k walking course at Lower Castle Park, start and finish on grass by the bowling green, mainly on grass and paths with some inclines; ground may be soft near the river and wheelchair access may require assistance.
