Event overview
The Summer Boudicca Way 50km Ultra is a 50 km trail ultramarathon on Saturday 12 September 2026. The route follows the Boudicca Way long distance path from Diss to Trowse, Norwich, passing through Pulham Market, Fritton, Saxlingham, Stoke Holy Cross and Caistor St. Edmund. The race starts from Hope Church in Diss and finishes in Trowse, Norwich. There is a time limit of 10 hours to reach the finish. The event is limited to 250 participants and the minimum age on race day is 20 years old. The event is licensed by the Trail Runners Association and held under UK Athletics rules.
Entries, categories and what is included
Entries are open for the event period shown on the organiser’s entry system. Entry fees are shown for UKA members and non-members. Participants may enter as Female (female only category), Male or Non-binary (Male/Open category). The entry fee includes a unique medal, food and drink at checkpoints, GPS tracking, first aid services, a light meal and hot drinks at the finish, and prizes for the first three finishers in both Female and Male/Open categories. One pound from every entry will be donated to Norfolk Trails. Transfers to another participant are allowed until 05 September 2026. Refund protection is offered as an optional purchase.
