There is no parking at the venue. NCP Colchester High Street public car park is about a five minute walk away. Train and bus services are a short walk from the park. There is no designated drop off area, no Blue Badge parking at the site and no bike racks or electric vehicle charging points on site.
Facilities at the event include refreshments and toilets. Dogs are allowed. The site is suitable for pushchairs and the start/finish area uses a grass field with surrounding tarmac paths. Organisers provide accessibility supports such as Sunflower wristbands, event staff trained as Dementia Friends and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content.
