London 10k runs: 151 10K races in 2026 and 2027, from The Mall to the outer boroughs, with dates, start locations and entry links. No city in Britain has more 10Ks. The headline races close the roads of the West End, but the bulk of the calendar is made up of park and riverside 10Ks that run almost every weekend of the year: laps of Battersea Park, Victoria Park, Regent's Park and Hyde Park, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, and the Thames Path from Richmond and Kingston down to Greenwich. With a tube or train to the start, a London 10K rarely needs an early alarm.

The big London 10ks
The London 10,000, organised by the team behind the London Marathon, starts on The Mall and finishes outside Buckingham Palace after a closed-road loop through the West End and the City. The London 10K in July (long known as the ASICS London 10K, now under Saucony's name) runs from Piccadilly to Whitehall past the same landmarks. Both are big, fast and sell out early. The rest of the year belongs to the park series: flat, mostly traffic-free courses on tarmac, with a low entry fee and a relaxed feel, which makes them the natural place for a first 10K or a midweek PB attempt. Race pages show every distance on the programme, so check for the 5K or half marathon that often shares the morning.
