The event takes place on 24 April 2027 at Lee Valley Velo Park, located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Abercrombie Road, London. Multiple race distances are offered on the one-mile road circuit inside the Olympic venue.

The circuit follows an undulating bike route designed for repeated laps. Each mile split is chip timed so participants can review pacing after the race. Each kilometre on course is marked with distance flags. Marshals are positioned around the route to guide and support runners.
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. An event village provides food and drink options and free partner-provided items at the finish area.
