October 2026
Walkers choose 26.2, 17, 13.5, 10 km or 6 miles, from NEK Airport or Irasburg to Parker Pie on dirt roads. Aid stations ~every 3 miles with water and GatorAde; shuttle returns walkers to the start.

Walkers can complete the family friendly 5K course starting at Burlington Surf Club, 50 Lakeside Ave in Burlington. The event welcomes walkers alongside runners, is chip timed and offers a DJ, snacks, t shirts, medals and educational resources.
Walkers can take the 5K (3.1 Miles) out and back along Harbor Road, starting and finishing at Shelburne Field House. The 5K is relatively flat and offers views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. The 10K and half marathon are running courses.
November 2026
Walkers follow the 5K of 3.1 Miles from the Berkshire Family YMCA at 655 Gage Street in downtown Bennington, with a short loop by the adjacent fenced field. Kids Dash is free on site and packet pickup is offered the night before.
June 2027
Walkers can choose a 5K with the hilly Gorman's Gulch or a gentler path, or a smooth, fully accessible 1.2K paved route, all starting at Essex Middle School, 60 Founders Rd, Essex Junction VT. Virtual walkers may complete a 5K (3.1 miles)..
