Walkers can do 5K or 1K starting at Stearns County Fairgrounds by the fair office, 4H and livestock buildings, out and back on the Lake Wobegon Trail with post race refreshments.
Walkers can take a 5K route that begins in the Pierz High School West Parking Lot and finishes back at the high school. The course goes through the City of Pierz and specifically welcomes walkers alongside the event.
September 2026
The event offers a 2 mile walk through the scenic, shaded paths of Quarry Park and Nature Preserve in Waite Park, MN. Walkers follow natural trails alongside the races and can enjoy a beachside celebration at Swimming Quarry #11 after.
