ATS Rock Your Sole Trail Run
The ATS Rock Your Sole Trail Run is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Quarry Park and Nature Preserve. The event uses shaded, scenic trails and finishes with a beachside celebration at Swimming Quarry 11 where beverages from Bernick’s are available. Entry cost is $5 per person.
Race options include:
- 1K Little Rockers for kids 12 and under
- 5K trail run
- 2 mile walk
Packet pick up is set for Thursday, September 17 at the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA, Youth Studio. The shirt deadline is Monday, August 31 to receive a racer shirt. Volunteers are requested for packet pick up on September 17 and on race day, September 19.
This race is the third event in the Bernick’s Family Fitness Series. The series organizes four family-friendly 5K events each year, reports over 7,000 participants across events, and notes that about 80% of registrants sign up as families. The series aims to reduce cost barriers and provide community opportunities for healthy activities through event sponsorship and local partnerships.
