ATS Rock Your Sole Trail Run : Quarry Park and Nature Preserve
The Rock Your Sole Trail Run is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Quarry Park and Nature Preserve. The course follows scenic, shaded trail paths through the preserve. The event includes a beachside post-race gathering at Swimming Quarry 11 with beverages provided by Bernick’s.
Entry cost is $5 per person. Participants who register by September 1 are eligible to receive a racer shirt.
Event distances and options:
- El-Jay Plumbing & Heating "Little Rockers" 1K for kids 12 and under
- 5K trail run
- 2-mile walk
The Little Rockers 1K is organized in age waves from oldest to youngest. Family members may run alongside children. Each child in the Little Rockers 1K receives a race shirt, bib, and medal. Post-run refreshments for the kids are provided at the finish.
Packet pick up is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, at the St. Cloud Area Family Youth Studio.
This race is the third event in the Bernick’s Family Fitness Series. The series consists of four family-friendly 5K events organized by the YMCA, aims to reduce cost barriers for families, and reports participation numbers across the series that include thousands of attendees and a high percentage of family registrations.
