ATS Rock Your Sole Trail Run
The ATS Rock Your Sole Trail Run is a low-cost community event held at Quarry Park and Nature Preserve. The course follows scenic, shaded trails through the preserve. After the event there is a beachside gathering at Swimming Quarry #11 with beverages provided by Bernick’s.
Event offerings include:
- El-Jay Plumbing & Heating "Little Rockers" 1K for kids 12 and under
- 5K trail run
- 2-mile walk
Packet pick up is scheduled for Thursday, September 17 at the St. Cloud Area Family Youth Studio from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. There is a shirt deadline: register by Monday, August 31 to secure a racer shirt. The Little Rockers 1K runs in waves from oldest to youngest, family members may run with children, and each child receives a race shirt, bib, and medal; post-run refreshments for that finish are provided by Bernick’s.
The Rock Your Sole Trail Run is the third race in the Bernick’s Family Fitness Series, a set of four family-focused events organized by the YMCA. The series aims to reduce cost barriers for families; previous series events have drawn over 7,000 participants and about 80% of participants register as families.
