July 2026
Nature trails starting from 2053 Chemin du Tour du Lac on forest paths suitable for all ages. In person event lasting 7 hours with free parking, also suitable for walkers.
A comfortable paced free 6k hike from Old Chelsea Picnic Area on trails 1, 6 and possibly 8 in Gatineau Park, suitable for all ages and paces. Leashed dogs permitted, free parking, rain or shine, bring hydration and trail gear.
The event welcomes walkers on a 5 km route at Parc Robert Bourassa in Trois-Rivières, accessible to beginners. Friendly atmosphere, snack after the race (lemonade and popcorn) and a registration fee of 10$ taxes included.

Walkers can choose 10 km or 5 km from Parc de la Mairie in Boucherville, on bike path routes linking Boucherville and Varennes with riverside views. Walking is a separate discipline and walkers are asked not to run.
A 5KM memorial walk takes place at Bois de Liesse Nature Park in Saint Laurent, with staggered starts, a virtual 5K option, and after the walk refreshments and family activities.
The Le Groupe Maurice walk of 4 km in Shawinigan takes place in Parc national de la Mauricie on forest trails with lake views and Laurentian forest scenery. Vehicle traffic is limited and routes are reserved to participants for one day.
In Lac-Drolet, walking routes include 5 km and 10 km, plus a non timed Mini Défi of 1 km. Untimed companion routes of 3 km and 5 km are offered for elementary school; the event welcomes runners and walkers of all categories.
Walkers follow a 5K course at Parc Angrignon in Montreal alongside the running race, on an inclusive route for all abilities. The course is open 90 minutes and race kit pickup starts one hour before race time; there is no onsite registration.
Walking options of 1 km, 2 km, 5 km, 10 km and 15 km start and finish at Quai des Cageux, 930 rue Jacques Cartier in Gatineau, along the river. Parking is limited, bus 67 stops nearby and a supervised bike checkroom is available.
Hiking event at Mont Sainte Anne on the La Pichard trail with an ascent of 625 metres per climb that can be repeated multiple times. Summit activities include snacks and live music during the event.
