Event details
The BougeBouge Montreal Underground event on 8 February 2026 features an indoor 5 km run through Montreal’s underground pedestrian network. Distances offered include:

- 1 km
Registration prices are shown on the event page as CAD 32.00 to 52.00. Prices may increase in the 90 days before the event, a platform fee (CAD 2.95 + 3% of the transaction) and taxes apply, and last-minute registrations may incur at least an additional CAD 10. Online registration closes the Thursday before the event.
Course and logistics
The route runs through the Montreal underground network and concludes at Complexe Desjardins, passing locations such as Les Cours Mont-Royal, Place Montreal Trust, Montreal Eaton Centre, McGill Metro Station, World Trade Center, Place Ville Marie, Central Station, Palais des congrès de Montréal and Complexe Guy-Favreau. One water station is located at about 3 km near the World Trade Center; a snack and a small glass of water are provided at the finish.
Stairs are present on the course; the use of mechanical escalators is prohibited and participants must not skip steps. Strollers are not allowed. Results are timed by a timing company and are classified by age categories. Wave starts are organized by expected finish time bands.
Services on site
Bib pickup and new registrations are available before the event at MAXI St-Urbain on specified dates. Two cloakrooms are provided with limited spaces, including 120 spots at the start location and additional space at the finish; unclaimed items may be donated. Finisher items are handed out at the finish and medals must be collected at bib pickup. The event is organized by the BougeBouge nonprofit.
