WAVES 2 WINE 5 K
Waves 2 Wine 5K is a point-to-point running and competitive walking event on May 16, 2026, based in Gulf Breeze, Florida. The course begins in the neighborhoods of Gulf Breeze, crosses the Bob Sikes Bridge, and finishes at the SandShaker on Pensacola Beach. The event address is 802 Shoreline Dr, Gulf Breeze, FL 32561.
Distances:
- 5k Run: 3.1 Miles
- 5k Walk: 3.1 Miles
Registration opens November 19, 2025 and closes February 16, 2026. The registration fee is $29.00. The first 200 registrants receive a custom fully sublimated long sleeve island tech shirt. All other participants receive a shirt while supplies last and sizes are not guaranteed. No participant will receive more than one shirt.
All runners and walkers receive a finishers medal. Age group awards are offered for runners in 5-year increments and for walkers in 10-year increments.
Packet pick-up is scheduled at Fleet Feet Pensacola on Friday, March 1, and at SandShaker/Pensacola Beach on Saturday, March 2 race morning. Free beer, wine, and other refreshments will be available at the SandShaker after the finish. A DJ from FM 93 BLX Mobile will provide music during the event.
