Event details
The 13th Annual USO Runway 5K is scheduled for December 6, 2025 at Pensacola International Airport. The event is a 5K run held on an active runway. Proceeds benefit the USO of Northwest Florida. All registered participants receive an event t-shirt and a race bib with official timing; participants are also noted to receive a finishers medal.
Registration and logistics
Registration fees vary by date: Promotional registration is $25 (8/18/2025–8/31/2025), Early registration $30 (9/1/2025–11/2/2025), Regular registration $35 (11/3/2025–11/30/2025), and Race week $45 (12/1/2025–12/6/2025). Kids under 10 may run or walk free when accompanied by a paid parent or guardian; a shirt is provided only if the child is registered as a paid participant. Packet pick-up is scheduled Friday, December 5, 2025 from 3:00–6:00 PM at Running Wild, and on race day from 8:30–9:30 AM with late registration if spots remain. New for 2025 - a Sponsor a Service Member's Run option allows purchase of an additional entry to be gifted to a local service member. The event is organized by Run Pensacola.
