Event Details
The Medal Madness 5K and 10K takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The location is Kelly Park West on North Banana River Drive in Merritt Island, Florida. The start line is located near the tennis courts.
Race Course
The course is made of asphalt and follows a looping out-and-back design. The basic loop distance is 1.56 miles. The 5K distance is completed by running this loop two times. The 10K distance is completed by running the same loop four times. The course has a total time limit of two hours.
Logistics and Facilities
Packet pickup for runners begins 30 minutes before the start time and ends 10 minutes before the start. All runners must register online in advance; there is no on-site registration available on race day. Restrooms are located in the pavilion near the starting line.
