True Health Be Healthy 5K Presented by AdventHealth
True Health presents the Be Healthy 5K Presented by AdventHealth on September 19, 2026 at Orlando Sanford International Airport, 747 Control Tower Ln., Sanford, Florida. The event offers multiple ways to participate, including in-person and virtual options plus a free kids run.
Distances and formats:
- 3.1 miles 5K in-person and virtual
- 3.1 miles 5K Ruck
- 1 mile or 250 meters Kid's Fun Run
In-person participants receive a race medal and a t-shirt. The Ruck division permits rucks and weighted vests with minimum dry weights of 20 lbs for men and 10 lbs for women; rucks and vests will be weighed before and after the race. Teams of 10 or more may reserve a Team Zone space and may bring their own tent or rent one through the event. One company or group with the most participants, minimum 15, will receive an award and $250.
