True Health Be Healthy 5K & Kids' Run
This event takes place on September 19, 2026 at Orlando Sanford International Airport in Sanford, Florida. It offers several ways to participate, including an in person 5K, a virtual 5K, a rucking division, and a free kids run with shorter options.
Distances offered:
- 3.1 Miles for the Be Healthy 5K
- 3.1 Miles for the 5K Virtual Run
- 1 mile or 250 meter dash options for the Kid's Fun Run
- 3.1 Miles for the Be Healthy 5K Ruck division
Registration and fees are set per event: the main 5K and the ruck open registration on July 8 and have the same entry fee; the virtual 5K also opens July 8 with a separate fee and closes later; the free Kid's Fun Run opens registration the week of the event. All participants in the Be Healthy 5K receive a race medal and a t-shirt.
Team arrangements and awards are part of the program. Teams of 10 or more may reserve a Team Zone and bring or rent a tent. One company or group with the most participants, with at least 15 members, receives an award and a $250 prize.
