Run Nona takes place on September 19, 2026 at Lake Nona Town Center, 6941 Lake Nona Blvd, Orlando. The event offers both in person and virtual participation and names the Lake Nona Life Project as a beneficiary.

The 5K is chip timed using a B-Tag attached to the bib. Awards are given for overall top finishers, a top nonbinary/genderqueer finisher, masters, push rim wheelchair, age group places, and fastest Lake Nona residents. The Kids Run places children into age appropriate groups with distances from 100 yards to 1 mile. A Nemours Children's Zone provides family activities such as a face painter, balloon artist and an ice cream truck.
Event amenities include a tech shirt and finisher medal for the 5K and a shirt and medal for the children’s run. Entry is available in person or virtually with processing fees; typical price ranges are Nemours Children’s Run $15 to $30 and 5K $40 to $55 depending on registration date. Youth and senior registrants receive a $10 discount where applicable. A 15 percent discount applies to three or more online registrations under one transaction through September 18 using the code friendsandfamily.
