Run Nona 5K & Nemours Children's Run
Run Nona is an evening community event held on September 19, 2026 at Lake Nona Town Center in Orlando, FL. The event includes a chip-timed 5K and a Nemours Children's Run with age-appropriate dashes that range from 100 yards to 1 mile and are recommended for children 12 and under. The finish area becomes a block party with food and live music.

Registered participants receive a tech T-shirt and a finisher medal. The 5K uses a B-Tag timing chip attached to the race bib; bibs must be worn clearly on the front of the torso to record net times. Awards are given to top overall finishers by gender, top nonbinary/genderqueer finisher, masters division, wheelchair division, age-group top three finishers, and top Lake Nona residents who opt in during registration.
Entry is offered in person or virtually, with date-based pricing and non-refundable fees. Transfers to another participant are permitted for a fee. Packet pickup is available at Track Shack with photo ID required; shipping of packets is offered for domestic addresses.
The event includes a Nemours Children's Zone with activities, a team challenge that awards $500 to the company or civic group with the largest registered team (minimum 15), and accommodations for athletes with disabilities where possible.
