Run Nona 5K & Nemours Children's Run
Run Nona takes place on September 19, 2026, at Lake Nona Town Center in Orlando, Florida (6941 Lake Nona Blvd, at the Tavistock Lakes Blvd and Lake Nona Blvd intersection). The event includes a chip-timed 5K and a Nemours Children's Run with age-appropriate groups.

The 5K offers a finisher medal, a tech shirt, and B-Tag timing. The children's program includes a Nemours Children's Zone with activities such as a face painter, a balloon artist, and an ice cream truck. The event concludes with a block party featuring live music. A team challenge awards a $500 donation to the charity of the company or civic group with the most participants (minimum 15).
Beneficiary activity includes the Lake Nona Life Project, a longitudinal study focused on health and wellness in the Lake Nona community. Accessibility provisions note accommodations for athletes with disabilities when possible. Wheelchair athletes may compete using push-rim wheelchairs or handcycles; push-rim competitors are eligible for awards while handcycle participants compete in an exhibition category.
