Miles To Go 5K
The Miles To Go 5K is the fourth annual fundraising run and walk organized to support Miles To Go Charities. The event takes place at Bill Frederick at Turkey Lake Park in Orlando, Florida, and offers both an in-person and a virtual option.

Miles To Go Charities was founded in 2018 by a child who saw a need in the community. The charity assembles and distributes Miles To Go bags with essential items for people experiencing homelessness. To date the organization has distributed over 14,000 bags in Central Florida and beyond. One hundred percent of ticket proceeds directly benefit Miles To Go efforts.
The in-person course is a double loop on paved surfaces. The event program includes a post-race celebration with food, local vendors, kids activities, games, a silent auction, a raffle, refreshments, a DJ, contests, and a dog refresh station for leashed pets. The course is described as wide to accommodate different paces; participants are asked to allow faster runners to pass on the left. Finisher medals are awarded to all participants. The virtual entry includes shipping of a T-shirt and a medal. Teams of ten or more registered by August 20 will have a team logo added to event shirts.
