Howl-O-Sprint 5K Run : SeaWorld Orlando, September 18, 2026
Howl-O-Sprint is a nighttime 5K run held at SeaWorld Orlando on Friday, September 18, 2026. The event takes place inside the park during the same evening as the separately ticketed Howl-O-Scream experience; race registration includes entry to Howl-O-Scream for that night and a separate park ticket valid 9/18/26 through 10/31/26.
Race amenities listed for participants include a custom finisher medal, a commemorative unisex race T-shirt (size guaranteed for registrations completed by September 4), complimentary race-day parking, and a deluxe bib for virtual participants. The in-person field is capped at 2,000 racers. A virtual 5K option is offered; virtual entrants receive race items by mail after the October event.
Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers. A clock will display finish times at the finish line. Race rules note that bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, baby carriers and dogs are prohibited on the course; jogging strollers are permitted but must start at the back. The event is scheduled to proceed rain or shine, though severe weather may delay or cancel the race. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
