SeaWorld's Howl-O-Sprint 5K Run takes place at SeaWorld Orlando on September 18, 2026. The event is a nighttime themed 5K run through the park with costumed characters, scare zones, and themed areas along the course. The advertised distance is 3.1 Miles.
