19th Annual Trot Against Poverty 5K - Vero Beach, FL

The 19th Annual Trot Against Poverty 5K takes place on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, at 3250 Riverside Park Drive, Vero Beach, FL 32963. The event is open to participants of all ages and paces and includes an appearance by a 25-foot inflatable turkey called Turkey Tom.

Registration opens on April 20, 2026 and closes on September 30, 2026. The listed registration fee is $35.00. Race shirts will be provided to the first 1,800 registrants.

Pre-race packet pickup is scheduled for Tuesday, November 24 and Wednesday, November 25 from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM at United Against Poverty's IRC Campus, 1400 27th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960.

Awards are presented for Overall Male and Female; Masters (40+) Male and Female; Fastest Stroller Male and Female; Top three Males and Females in each age group 9 & under through 80+; and a Non-Binary Overall award.
