Pelican Yacht Club Turkey Trot 5K
The Pelican Yacht Club Turkey Trot is the fourth annual 5K held on Thanksgiving morning in 2026 at Pelican Yacht Club, 1120 Seaway Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida. The event is open to the public and supports Jaycee Park.
The field for 2026 is limited to 750 participants. The entry fee is $25. The club will provide drinks and snacks after the run.
The course covers a 3.1 mile distance and runs through neighborhoods on South Hutchinson Island before reaching Ocean Boulevard. The route includes a section along the jetty and returns to Pelican Yacht Club, with the finish scheduled so participants can arrive back before Thanksgiving dinner.
