Tactical 10K & 2 Mile
The Tactical 10K and 2 Mile take place in Vero Beach, Florida on 11/21/2026 at South Beach Park on Ocean Drive (32963). The events are open to runners and walkers of all ages. Proceeds benefit the Vero Beach Police Department Foundation and will be used to purchase equipment for the Vero Beach Police Department and the Critical Response Team.

Registration opens July 8, 2026, and closes November 20, 2026. Entry fees are listed separately for each distance: $40.00 for the 10K and $25.00 for the 2 Mile. The first 100 paid registrants are guaranteed a Dri-Fit race shirt.
Packet pick up is available the day before at Runners Depot Vero Beach on 11/20 and on race morning. Awards are presented immediately after the race. The 10K awards include overall male and female winners and the top three finishers in five-year age groups (14 and under through 70+). The 2 Mile awards include overall male and female winners and the top three finishers in ten-year age groups (14 and under through 70+).
A raffle follows the awards presentation. Tickets are sold the day of the event at $2.00 each or 6 for $10.00; winners must be present to claim prizes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
