Luau Run at Shamrock Park
The US Road Running event in Venice, Florida, takes place at Shamrock Park. This race utilizes a course composed of a mix of concrete and asphalt surfaces. The starting line is located on the path directly behind the Nature Center, which also houses the available restroom facilities for participants.
The event offers three distinct distances:
- 5K: A single out-and-back loop totaling 3.11 miles.
- 10K: Two repetitions of the out-and-back course.
- Half Marathon: Four repetitions of the out-and-back course.
Participants must complete their chosen distance within a total course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. All runners receive a finisher medal upon completion of the race. Additionally, there is an opportunity for participants to compete for a best costume award.
Registration is required through the RunSignup platform prior to the event, as there is no registration available on the day of the race at the park.
