Event Overview
The Fusion Fest 5k is a timed 5k run alongside a 1 mile fun run/walk. The event takes place in North Port, Florida, at 4970 City Hall Blvd (North Port City Center). The event supports the North Port Youth Soccer Club.
Distances and Details
- Fusion 5k: The main event.
- Fusion 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: Participants follow the 5k runners. The walk uses the same course, turning around over a bridge and walking back to the finish line.
Awards are presented immediately following the race for 5k runners in ten-year age brackets. There are also soccer-themed awards for top youth male and female finishers in specific age groups. Water is provided at a table mid-run and post-race.
Registration and Logistics
Registration is online only, and there is no cash registration on the day of the event. The entry price increases after a certain date. A race shirt is guaranteed for registrations before November 1st. Packet pickup is available at the Narramore Sports Complex on the day before the race, starting from 6:30 AM on race morning.
Festival Entry
All participants receive entry to the Fusion Fest festival, which takes place from 10 AM to 2 PM at the North Port City Green. The festival includes games, music, vendors, and food. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
