Bacon Run takes place on 05/17/2026 in Sarasota, Florida, at 1800 Mabry Carlton Parkway, Venice, FL 34292. The event includes multiple timed running events and a fun run/walk.

• 5k Run - 3.1 Miles, 1 loop around
• 10k Run - 6.2 Miles, 2 loops around
• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk - 1.5 Miles, quarter of loop

Registration opens 04/03/2025. Registration closes 05/15/2026 for the 5k and 10k; the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk registration closes 05/17/2026. Registration fees are $32 for the 5k, $42 for the 10k, and $25 for the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk.

Each participant receives snacks and refreshments and a stylish t-shirt. Bacon will be available at the finish line.

Top three male and female finishers in each age group will be honored. Age groups: <24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
