Event Information
This event takes place at Lake Beresford Park in DeLand, Florida. Runners can choose from three distances: 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon. The courses for all distances follow an out-and-back design on a shared route.
Course Details
All races start together. The 5K and 10K share a basic loop of 0.78 miles. The 5K requires runners to complete this loop twice, while the 10K requires four laps. The Half Marathon uses a slightly longer basic loop of 1.09 miles, which runners complete six times. The total course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Logistics
Registration must be completed online via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration available. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before the start.
Parking at the start location is limited. Event organizers recommend using an overflow parking area, which is approximately 0.5 miles away. Participants are advised to plan extra time to walk to the start if they park there.
