Event Details
The Medal Madness running event takes place at Gemini Springs Park in DeBary, Florida. Participants can choose from three distance options: a 5K, a 10K, and a Half Marathon.
Course Information
All races share a similar out-and-back format on a concrete course.
- The 5K course is a 3.11-mile out-and-back, completed one time.
- The 10K course uses the same 3.11-mile loop, completed two times.
- The Half Marathon course is a longer 3.28-mile out-and-back loop, completed four times.
The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Registration and Logistics
Registration for this event is managed online through RunSignup. There is no on-site registration available on the day of the race. Packet pickup for bibs begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before the start.
Parking is available in the West Parking loop, accessed from Dirksen Drive. Event check-in, bib pickup, and the start/finish area are located at the O.K. Corral shelter within the park. Restrooms are situated on the opposite side of West Parking, beyond the playground. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
