US Road Running - Panama City Beach
The Luau event at Panama City Beach is an organized race held at Conservation Park. The event features an out-and-back course design starting at the Conservation Park Trailhead. Participants can choose between three distinct distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- 13.1 Miles (Half Marathon)
The 5K course follows a 1.56-mile route, completing one full out-and-back cycle to reach 3.11 miles. Runners in the 10K category use the same course, completing the out-and-back loop twice. For the Half Marathon, the course utilizes a 1.64-mile segment, which participants complete four times to reach the total distance.
A time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes is enforced for all race categories. Packet pickup is scheduled at the venue on the morning of the event. All participants must complete registration through RunSignup as there are no on-site registration facilities. Finishers receive a themed medal for their participation.
