CPAR 5K Run & Walk
The CPAR Young Professionals Network Color Run & Walk 5K takes place on May 16, 2026 in Panama City, FL. The event is hosted by the Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network and is located in Historic Downtown Panama City, with the start and finish near the Center for the Arts at 19 E. Fourth Street and post-race activity at History Class Brewing Company.
The course travels through Historic Downtown, crosses the Massalina Bayou Bridge, moves through the Cove area, and returns to the starting line. The event is chip-timed and awards are given to the top three finishers in each age group.
Designated color stations along the route use non-toxic, cornstarch-based powder applied by trained volunteers. Participants may choose to pass to the side of color stations if they wish. The powder is made from cornstarch and food-grade dyes and typically washes out; organizers note that some participants bring towels or a change of clothes for the ride home.
Event shirts and finisher medals are guaranteed for participants registered by April 1, 2026; 300 shirts have been ordered and availability by size is listed at registration. Proceeds will benefit Children’s Home Society. Strollers are allowed and pets are not permitted. Light rain will not stop the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
