Jam On The Coast 5K
The Jam On The Coast 5K is an annual running event held in Panama City Beach, Florida. The race is organized through a partnership between the Panama City Beach Chamber and Gulf Coast Jam. The course utilizes natural and paved surfaces, taking participants through Frank Brown Park and along Gayle’s Trails.
The event offers a single competitive distance:
- 3.1 Miles (5K)
The start and finish lines are located at the entrance gates of the Gulf Coast Jam festival site within the park grounds. Participation is limited to a field of 450 runners. Registration is conducted online in advance, with an option to register during packet pickup if the capacity has not been reached. There is no registration available on the day of the race.
Participants receive a moisture-wicking shirt and a finisher medal upon completion of the course. Additionally, runners are provided with an exclusive coupon for event merchandise. Timing chips are distributed during the packet pickup process. Early packet pickup is held at Dave & Buster's the day before the race, while race day pickup is available at Frank Brown Park for those unable to attend the early session.
