Florida Man 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run at Veterans United Brewing

The event takes place on April 4, 2026 at Veterans United Brewing in Jacksonville, FL 32256. It features two separate running events at the same location.

Participants receive chipped timing for the 5k and the fun run, a Florida Man T shirt, a finisher medal, and Veterans United draft beer. The event includes live and text results and free downloadable race photos. A post event Dollar Store Door Prize game is planned.

Awards are given by age and gender. Organizers will recognize the fastest male and female overall and the top three male and female finishers in these age divisions: 19 and under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and older. Additional awards will be presented for the best dressed Florida Man and Florida WoMan.

Packet pickup is scheduled between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm on race day. The 5k course consists of three loops of a mapped route listed on MapMyRun. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
