The Prattify FlowFest 5K and 1 mile takes place on April 4, 2026, at Riverside Park, 753 Park Street, Jacksonville, Florida. The event offers a community run and a separate fun run distance.

The event is presented with charitable intent. It benefits Hearts 4 Minds, and proceeds also support future Three Rivers Council programming, networking events, and related initiatives.

Event provisions include shirts for all entrants, medals for all finishers, and awards for overall, masters, and multiple age groups. Age-group categories are 10 and under, 11–13, 14–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70–79, and 80 and over.

Packet pickup is available the day before the event at two 1st Place Sports locations: 3931 Baymeadows Road in Mandarin and 2018 San Marco Boulevard in San Marco Square. Parking for the event is on the streets in Riverside. A post-race festival with local vendors and refreshments is planned at the event site.
