Logistics and services
Packet pickup and the race expo are held at Hilton Pensacola Beach on the days before the race; proxy pickup is available. All bibs use a disposable timing chip and races are scored using the IPICO system; age-category results use net time while overall awards use gun time. Aid stations provide spring water, medical support, and portable toilets (15K: near the 2-, 6-, and 8-mile marks; 5K: near the 2-mile mark). A clear, provided bag must be used for gear check; gear is transported from the start areas to the finish. All finishers receive a commemorative medal and participants receive a long-sleeve shirt while supplies last; shirt sizes can be changed in registration through Jan 10, 2026. There are no strollers, bikes, rollerblades, or dogs allowed in either race. Cash awards and team scoring apply to the 15K. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
