August 2026
The 2.50K loop starts and finishes at Christiansburg Rec Center, following the Huckleberry Trail with a midway turnaround for walkers. Registration is free and the first 250 registrants receive a commemorative Montgomery County 250 shirt.
September 2026
Walkers follow a 5K route starting at the Farmers Market parking lot in Rocky Mount, crossing W. Church Street and proceeding along Randolph and Main Street back to the Farmers Market. Walkers must use sidewalks at all times.
October 2026
Walkers will follow the 3.14 Miles scenic route starting at 433 North Main Street, Rocky Mount, VA, along a fun course shared with runners and their dogs. The community event is dog friendly and benefits the Franklin County Animal Shelter.
