August 2026
Walkers start at the Cannon Gun on Strandhill beachfront and follow a multi terrain route to Knocknarea that includes six kilometres of steep hill walking through fields, loose gravel and heather paths.
September 2026
Walkers have 10 km and 5 km route options starting at Ballinalack Park, Bunninadden, on a course that is flat with some gentle inclines and suitable for walkers.
Walkers cover a 10 mile point to point coastal course from the roundabout by Sligo Rugby Club in Strandhill to the Prom at Rosses Point. The mostly flat route has three water stations, a finish station and a bag drop at Sligo Rugby Club.
