HYROX Ottawa is a five-day fitness race event held in Canada’s capital that brings together athletes from across Canada and beyond. The event features multiple competition divisions, including singles, doubles, relay and charity tickets.
Races combine repeated running laps with functional workout stations. The schedule provides individual finisher times and split timings for each workout. Course services and event features listed for the weekend include the HYROX finishers patch, leaderboard results posted during competition, age group award ceremonies, and qualification slots for certain age groups to the World Championships.
On-site amenities include aid stations before, during and after the event, an Entertainment Zone, a spectator area called the Thunderdome, and opportunities to purchase professional photos. Official race photography is provided by Sportograf; athletes can view and buy images by validating their entry and uploading a selfie to the Sportograf platform.
Registration and ticketing include optional Flex Add-Ons. The LITE FLEX option allows one name change until 7:59 AM the day before the race and does not include refunds. The FLEX option allows one name change until 7:59 AM the day before the race, a 100% refund until 7:59 AM 31 days before the race, and a 50% refund until 7:59 AM 7 days before the race. Flex Add-Ons must be selected at purchase and cannot be added later.
Athlete check-in requires ID and checking in on behalf of others is not permitted. Volunteer roles are available and volunteers earn Reward Points redeemable for tickets and merchandise. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
