Run for Ottawa 2026
Run for Ottawa 2026 is a charity run and walk taking place on September 5, 2026 at Andrew Haydon Park on Carling Avenue in Nepean, Ottawa, ON. The event raises funds for the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation and is organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association. The 1K family walk is free for children aged 6 and under and for adults aged 65 and older.
Participants collect registration stickers at the Pavilion located between Corkstown Road and Holly Acres Road. The event includes refreshments and a prize distribution. Route maps are published for some courses, including the 5K and 1K routes. Fundraising figures show CA$55.60 raised toward a CA$5,000 goal and the participant list shows 11 registered participants.
