Run for Ottawa 2026
Run for Ottawa 2026 is a charity run and walk supporting the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation. The event is organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association, and takes place on September 5, 2026 at Andrew Haydon Park, Carling Avenue, Nepean, ON, Canada. This is the third annual edition.
Participants check in at the Pavilion located between Corkstown Road and Holly Acres Road to collect registration stickers. Route maps are provided for some distances, including the 1 km and 5 km routes. The event includes refreshments, prize distribution, and recognition of sponsors and participants.
Distances available
- 1K Family Fun Walk, free for children 6 and under and seniors 65+
- 3K Run for newer and casual runners
- 5K Run community distance for general participants
- 10K Run longer road course for more experienced runners
Registration fees shown include mandatory charges: 1K CA$13.04; 3K CA$29.23; 5K CA$49.73; 10K CA$55.12. At the time of the event listing, CA$27.80 had been raised toward a CA$5,000.00 fundraising goal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
