Yuba Gold: October 1 to 31, 2026
Yuba Gold is a month long, self guided trail event in Nevada City, California, organized by Skybreaker Racing. The event follows the original point to point 50K course from South Yuba Campground to Bear Valley and uses a self reporting format so participants submit proof of completion after their run.

The event is offered as a hybrid DIY format. Participants complete the course on their own or with companions, may use aid provided by friends, and must run the course continuously in a single effort within the October event window. Despite a virtual banner, the event is not virtual; results are self reported with an activity link used as proof. Submitted results lead to a finisher award and placement in the event results, and must be turned in within one week of the event close.
A GPX file for the course is provided. Coordination with other participants is possible through a Facebook group and a Strava club. Registration for the event closes on October 30, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
