Yorkshire Coast Trail Race Series
The Yorkshire Coast Trail Race Series is organised by Bridlington Road Runners and takes place in Bridlington, East Yorkshire. Events on 4th October 2026 follow local paths, tracks and lanes along the sea front, passing Beaconsfield Prom, Sewerby, Danes Dyke and Flamborough headland. The series includes both trail and road formats: the 22 km and 10 km races are trail races licensed through the Trail Runners Association, while the Sewerby Sprint 5 km is a road race on a traffic free path that is accurately measured and licensed under UKA rules. A 1 mile Family Fun Run takes place on the Prom.
Race headquarters and number collection are based at East Riding Leisure Centre, 2 Fifth Avenue, Bridlington YO15 2LA. The leisure centre provides male and female changing rooms with showers. Lockers are available but participants must supply their own padlock. There are a limited number of toilets in the leisure centre, with public toilets approximately 50 metres from the sea front entrance and within 50 metres of the start line. Pay and display parking is available in front of the leisure centre and across the road, and on North Marine Drive approximately 800 metres from the leisure centre.
