Ey Up It's Baltic in Bridlington

This is an out and back coastal running event that starts behind The Ship Inn in Sewerby and follows the promenade through Bridlington. The course uses coastal paths and a paved promenade and is described as largely flat. Road shoes are advisable.

The races are Trail Running Association licensed under UKA Rules. The event is fully marshalled and signed, with feed and drink stations approximately every 3 miles. It is a cup free event so runners are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle. Downloadable GPX files are available for all distances; not every junction will have a marshal so familiarisation with the route is advised.

Race services listed for participants include toilets at start and finish, a bespoke finisher medal, and a hot post race meal at The Ship Inn with vegetarian options included. Over ear headphones are banned for safety; bone conduction or single earphones are permitted. Registration details are provided as ///newest.unopposed.tested.
