Ey up Its Baltic in Bridlington
Ey up Its Baltic in Bridlington is an out and back coastal run between Sewerby and Bridlington. The course follows coastal paths and the paved promenade, passing through the town before returning to the finish area behind The Ship Inn in Sewerby. The terrain is described as flat (ish) and road shoes are advisable. All races are Trail Running Association licensed under UKA rules.

The event is fully marshalled and signed. Feed and drink stations are provided approximately every three miles; the race is cup free so participants should bring a reusable bottle or cup. Downloadable GPX files are available for each distance and the course is marked, though not every junction will have a marshal. Toilets are available at the start and finish. A bespoke finisher medal and treats are provided for finishers.
Post race food is served at The Ship Inn and is included in the entry; vegetarian options are listed. Parking at The Ship Inn is limited and parking fees apply on the day, with additional parking in nearby Sewerby car parks.
