Ey Up Its Baltic in Bridlington
Ey Up Its Baltic in Bridlington is an out-and-back coastal running event based behind The Ship Inn in Sewerby. The courses follow coastal paths and the paved promenade through Bridlington and are described as generally flat. Road shoes are advisable. All races are Trail Running Association licensed under UKA rules.

The course is fully marshalled and signed, with feed and drink stations approximately every 3 miles. The event operates a cup free policy so participants should bring a reusable bottle or cup. Downloadable GPX files are available for all distances; not every junction will have a marshal so familiarisation with the route is advised. Over ear headphones are banned for safety; bone conduction or one ear in earphones are permitted.
Facilities at the event base include toilets at the start and finish. A bespoke finisher medal is provided and a hot meal at The Ship Inn is included with entry, with vegetarian options noted. Limited parking is available at The Ship Inn and nearby Sewerby car parks with parking fees on the day. Transfers and deferrals can be self-managed and must be completed one week before the event.
