Yorkshire Coast 5K : Scarborough SPA, Sunday 11 October 2026
The Yorkshire Coast 5K is organised by Run For All (from 2025) and takes place in Scarborough, with the start and finish at the Scarborough SPA. The route follows the coast around South Bay, passes the harbour, rounds the headland into North Bay and returns to the SPA.
Entrants must be 11 years or older on event day. The organiser encourages people of all ages and abilities to walk, jog or run and offers assistance for specific requirements on event day.
Included with entry are a sustainable slate medal, a tree planted on the entrant's behalf and the option to purchase a 100 percent recyclable finisher t-shirt. Race numbers are posted from 8 October where a UK postal address is provided; numbers will not be posted to addresses outside the UK and can instead be collected from the Race Office.
Race HQ is located at The SPA, Scarborough YO11 2HD. Baggage drop is in the Ocean Room on the first floor at the back of the SPA. A water station is positioned between the 4 km and 5 km marks. Toilets are available at The SPA and on course. First aid is provided at Race HQ and along the route, with a chase vehicle available during the event.
There is no parking at The SPA; parking is available in nearby public car parks. Road closures are in place along the seafront in both South Bay and North Bay. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
