Yorkshire Coast 10K : 11 October 2026
The McCain Yorkshire Coast 10 km is organised by Run For All and takes place in Scarborough with Race HQ at the Scarborough SPA. The route runs along the coast: round South Bay, past the harbour, around the headland into North Bay, through the Open Air Theatre and back to the SPA. The event encourages entrants of all ages and abilities and previously was managed by Scarborough Athletics Club.
Entrants must be 15 years or older on the day. Race numbers are posted to UK addresses only; participants providing a postal address outside the UK will need to collect their number from the Race Office at the SPA on event weekend. The Race Office is located at the SPA and the bag drop is in the Ocean Room on the first floor at the back of the SPA.
On course, a water station is provided between the 4 km and 5 km marks. Toilets are available at the SPA and on the course. First aid is available at Race HQ and along the route, and a chase vehicle will assist anyone who needs help during the race.
Included with entry is a sustainable slate medal and a tree will be planted on behalf of each entrant; there is also an option to purchase a 100% recyclable finisher t-shirt. The event provides bins and recycling points across the site and at water stations, and a trainer drop-off station will be available next to the Race Office.
