Event overview
The McCain Yorkshire Coast 10K is scheduled for Sunday 11 October 2026 and is organised by Run For All. The event starts and finishes at Scarborough SPA. It is supported by McCain and other partners. Other events on the same day include a 5K and a Fun Run.

Entrants must be 15 years or older on event day. Race numbers are posted in advance and can be collected from the Race Office at Scarborough SPA if not received.
Route and facilities
The coastal route runs around South Bay, past the harbour, round the headland into North Bay, through the Open Air Theatre and back to the SPA. A water station is provided between the 4km and 5km marks. Toilets are available at The SPA and on course. Baggage drop is in the Ocean Room, first floor at the back of the SPA.
First aid is available at Race HQ and along the course, and a chase vehicle will be on hand. Results will be published on the event website after the race.
Additional information
There is no parking at The SPA; several nearby public car parks are listed for attendees. Train travel is not possible on the day due to the timetable. The event includes sustainability measures: recycling bins on course, bin points at water stations, and a trainer drop-off scheme with JogOn. Bone conducting headphones are permitted if volume is kept low. Included with entry are a sustainable slate medal and a tree planted on the entrant’s behalf; a 100% recyclable finisher t-shirt is available to purchase.
