Yorkshire Coast 10K
The McCain Yorkshire Coast 10K is an organised road race delivered by Run For All in Scarborough. The course starts and finishes at Scarborough SPA and follows a coastal route through South Bay, past the harbour, around the headland into North Bay, runs through the Open Air Theatre and returns to the SPA.
Entrants must be at least 15 years old on event day. The event offers a sustainable slate medal and will have a tree planted on behalf of each participant. There is an option to purchase a 100% recyclable finisher t-shirt.
Support facilities include a Race Office and Race HQ located at The SPA, Scarborough YO11 2HD. Bag drop is provided in the Ocean Room on the first floor at the back of the SPA; participants should attach their baggage label from their race number. A water station is located between the 4 km and 5 km marks, with recycling bins provided at water stops and around the event site. Toilets and first aid are available at Race HQ and along the course, and a chase vehicle will be on hand for anyone needing assistance.
Travel options include car and rail. There is no parking at The SPA; nearby car parks include Albion Road, Westwood, Victoria Road, Falconers Road and St Nicholas Parade.
