Event Information

The Yorkshire Coast 10K is a road running event organized by Run For All, taking place on Sunday, 11 October 2026. The start and finish is at the Scarborough Spa. The coastal route goes around South Bay, past the harbour, around the headland, into North Bay, and through the Open Air Theatre before returning to the Spa.

Participants must be 15 years or older on event day. The entry includes a sustainable slate medal and a tree planted on the participant's behalf. A recyclable finisher t-shirt is available for purchase.

Route and Facilities

Water stations are located between the 4km and 5km marks. Bag drop facilities are available in the Ocean Room at the Spa. Toilets are located at the Spa and on the course. First aid is available at Race HQ and along the course.

Sustainability and Rules

The event encourages participants to use provided recycling bins to keep the area clean. Participants may wear bone-conducting headphones but are asked to keep the volume low to hear marshal instructions and other runners.

Travel Information

There is no parking at the Scarborough Spa for runners. Public car parks are available in the surrounding area. Road closures are in place along the seafront in South and North Bay. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
