Wicked Wine Run at La Viña Winery
The Wicked Wine Run takes place at La Viña Winery/Vineyards in La Union, New Mexico, serving the El Paso, TX area on 4/4/2026. The venue address is 4201 S. Hwy 28, La Union, NM 88021.
The event offers two distances:
- 5K run or walk with finish line wine and finisher medal
- 1K tasting walk with three sampling stations on course and a fourth at the finish
Ticket inclusions differ by distance. 1K tickets include three 1 oz wine tastings on the course, a fourth tasting at the finish served in a wine glass, an event bib, an event shirt, and access to the after party. 5K tickets include a filled wine glass at the finish, an event bib, an event shirt, a finisher medal, and access to the after party.
On site there are food trucks, music, games, dance and costume contests, a merch tent, and an after party. The 5K course has two water stations on course and a water station at the finish. Race logistics include packet pickup the day before or race day pickup with a $5 fee, and an optional packet delivery service for $20 available until two weeks before the event. Parking at the venue may cost up to $20 per vehicle. There is an age restriction: all participants and spectators must be 21 and over. The event supports charity partners.
