The event is scheduled for Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Burges High School, 7800 Edgemere Blvd., El Paso, TX 79925. It includes both a timed 5K run and a walk, each covering 3.1 Miles.

Registration details list separate fees for the run and the walk and include opening and closing dates. The listed registration fees are $25.00 for the 5K run and $20.00 for the walk. Registration opens October 8, 2025 and closes December 5, 2025.
Awards are given for overall and age-group finishers. Trophies are planned for the top three male and top three female overall finishers. Medals are planned for the top three male and top three female finishers in each of these age categories: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over. A trophy is also designated for the largest team.
Packet pickup is available before race day and on race day. Early packet pickup is scheduled the day before at a local venue near Airway and Montana. Race day packet pickup is available at the start line at Burges High School. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
