Wendelville VFC Harvest Moon 5K
Wendelville Volunteer Fire Company organizes its 29th Annual Harvest Moon 5K on Wednesday, September 9. The event uses a fast, shady course along the historic Erie Canal and is USATF certified. The race start is located approximately 0.3 miles south of WFC Hall #1; participants are advised to park at Hall #1 and walk south over the bridge to the start area.

Registration fees are listed for pre registration and race day, with a separate fee for the kids race and for non racers attending the post race party. Participant categories include men and women with age groups beginning at ages 3 to 9 and continuing in five year increments.
Packet pick up is available the day before at WFC Hall #1 and on the day of the event starting in the afternoon at the same location. The post race party includes a free t shirt, trophy presentations, food and door prizes.
