About the race
The Ramblers Run is a fitness-forward, family-friendly event among the vines at Palatine Hills Estate Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Participants can choose a 1.25 km family walk/run, a 5 km race, or a 1.25 km dog walk, with grass and dirt paths and some uneven terrain suitable for walkers, joggers, and leashed dogs. The day centers on movement, community, and celebration, with post-race food, drinks, and live music.
The 5 km is officially timed, while the others are untimed. Prizes for the 5 km podium include gift baskets and a trophy; all finishers receive a custom wine bottle, a Ramblers Run glass, and a branded frisbee. A charity component adds to the spirit.
