Walk Scilly - Two day multi-island walk
Walk Scilly is a two day walking event across the five inhabited islands of the Isles of Scilly, organised by Scilly60 Events and based at The Bank, United Kingdom. The event runs on 17 and 18 July 2026 and has 10 places available; registration closes 16 July 2026.
The itinerary spans a sequence of island walks and walking transfers between islands when tides allow. On the first day participants walk a complete loop of Tresco then proceed on foot to Bryher and continue to St Agnes, with a total distance of around 30 km. On the second day the route covers St Martin’s and St Mary’s, with a total distance of around 27 km.
The full itinerary is scheduled around very low tides, making some island transfers possible on foot. Walkers must maintain a minimum pace of 12:30 per km (3 miles per hour) for the day to complete the planned route; those unable to sustain this pace may be required to stop or take a shorter route. A guide from the organiser will lead the group and share local stories. After the walks the group returns to St Mary’s for a meal at the Gig Shed Café; partners may join the meal.
