Visions and Pathways 5K & Walk : Bridgewater, NJ
Visions and Pathways 5K & Walk takes place April 18 to April 25, 2026, at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The event combines timed and recreational activities with in-person and virtual participation options.
The program includes these events:
- 5K
- 2 Mile Walk
- Virtual Run and Walk
- Kids Sprints
The 5K is a sanctioned race. USATF-NJ members can earn 500 points in the 2026 Grand Prix competition. The 2 Mile Walk is offered as a shorter, noncompetitive course alternative. A virtual run and walk option is available for participants who cannot attend in person.
Kids sprints are organized for children aged 2 to 7, grouped by age, and include a race bib and a finisher medal; registration for kids sprints is listed at $10.
The event supports Visions and Pathways, a nonprofit that provides emergency and long-term services for teens at risk of or experiencing homelessness, abuse, or addiction. Services mentioned include food, housing, counseling, education assistance, arts and recreation, career and employment counseling, scholarships, and financial literacy instruction.
