Visions and Pathways 5K & Walk
The Visions and Pathways 5K & Walk takes place in Bridgewater, New Jersey, at Duke Island Park from April 18 to April 25, 2026. The event is in its 28th year. It includes the following event options:
- 5K
- 2 Mile Walk
- Virtual Run and Walk
- Kids Sprints (ages 2 to 7)
The sanctioned 5K allows USATF-NJ members to earn 500 points in the 2026 Grand Prix competition. Children in the kids sprints are grouped by age and receive a bib and a finisher medal. Kids sprint registration is listed at $10.
Organiser purpose and fundraising
The event is organised by a non-profit that supports teens at risk of or experiencing homelessness, abuse, or addiction. Services mentioned include food, housing, counseling, education assistance, arts and recreation activities, career and employment counseling, scholarships, and financial literacy instruction.
Participants may commit to fundraising: a $100 fundraising commitment is offered as a way to register without a registration fee; participants who do not meet the fundraising goal may be charged the registration fee after the event window.
