Trot the Manor - Thanksgiving 2025
Trot the Manor takes place on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, at the corner of Jackson and Rowan Road in Chatham Boro, New Jersey. The event includes a 5K race and a 1 mile fun run held the same morning.

The event is a fundraiser. Proceeds benefit the Chatham Borough Volunteer Fire Department and Chatham Volunteer EMS. Registration fees listed are $25 for the 5K and $20 for the 1 mile fun run, with a $30 fee for race day registration. Registration opens September 19, 2026 and closes November 25, 2026, and is available through runsignup and the event website.
The first 500 registered participants are guaranteed a shirt, though sizes are not guaranteed. Shirts are distributed at Art with Heart, 13A Roosevelt Ave, Chatham, NJ on Wednesday, November 26. Organizers will also sell a limited run of 40 event hats; hats are not a substitute for shirt giveaways.
A food drive accompanies the event in partnership with a local church. Organizers request donations of nonperishable food, toiletries, diapers, and wipes. Drop-off for donated items is 24 Jackson Ave, Chatham, NJ by Monday, November 25. Organizers plan to select and post pictures from race day.
