The 34th Annual CEA/Johanna Foods Turkey Trot
The CEA/Johanna Foods Turkey Trot takes place in Flemington, New Jersey, on Thanksgiving Day. Established in 1993, this event is recognized as the original Turkey Trot in the state. The course leads participants through the historic streets of the borough, starting and ending near Court Street Park.
Participants can choose from the following event options:
- 5K Run (3.1 miles)
- 2 Mile Walk
- Virtual 5K Run / 2M Walk
The event serves as a fundraiser for CEA, an organization that provides employment programs for individuals with disabilities. The proceeds support services designed to coach individuals into jobs within their local community. Over the years, the gathering has grown to attract upwards of 6,000 runners and walkers, becoming a holiday tradition for many residents and visitors.
Those unable to attend the physical event in Flemington may participate through a virtual registration option.
