About the race
Dream Nation Apparel Vancouver Island 24 Hour is a timed track event on September 19, 2026, held at the Cowichan Sportsplex in Duncan, British Columbia. The event offers multiple timed formats to measure how far participants go within a set period.
Individual and team formats are available: 3 hour, 6 hour, 12 hour, and 24 hour options, with team entries composed of 2 to 10 people. A virtual entry option is available and must be completed during September 2026; the virtual event is capped at 100 participants. The event hosts the ACU 100 km Canadian National Championship for ACU members; 100 km splits can be recorded for nonmembers taking part in the 12 hour or 24 hour formats. Capacity on the track is limited to 50 participants at a time.
Event services and rules include participant swag provided by Dream Nation Apparel, some food and refreshments, room for tents and additional aid stations on the infield, and belt buckles for participants who complete over 100 miles. Cash incentives are listed for fundraising and promotion, including a CA$500 prize for the top fundraiser who raises over CA$5,000 and a CA$250 prize for the top promoter who refers at least 10 people. There are no refunds for registrations; if the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, registration funds will be donated to the Victoria Hospitals Foundation.
